ACH Delinquent Payment Plan Requirements
- 25% of the delinquent amount owed for the down payment
- Monthly payment minimum of $75.00, but not to exceed 60 month term to be pulled on the 10th of each month
- Half year taxes are automatically withdrawn from account 1 week before the due date each half along with monthly payment (letter sent each time)
- Must be an owner occupied property
