• When transferring ownership on a Manufactured Home the title needs to be brought into the County Treasurer’s Office to get a stamp that certifies all taxes for the year are paid. The title will then be taken over to the Auditor’s Office for the conveyance to be paid and an additional stamp on the title. The title can then be taken down to the County Titles Office to be transferred. **** If any of these steps are not done then the Manufactured Home will not be transferred properly and the prior owner will continue to receive the bill.  
  • Changes to the Manufactured Home need to be addressed at the Auditor’s Office so they can adjust the value.  
  • Manufactured Homes are current year taxes. Example 2022 taxes payable in 2022.
